"I bought the TheraFace Pro mainly for the LED therapy. I’ve been a loyal Therabody user since the 2nd gen Theragun, but I originally bought this unit with the Hot and Cold rings to help with muscle aches. Even though it’s designed for the face, I found it works wonders on sore ankles and tendons where a larger device is too much. That said, I’m using it for its intended purpose more than I expected. The cold ring and microcurrent are amazing for de-puffing my eyes on mornings when I’m short on sleep, and I use the LED and massage every night to unwind. I also own the first-gen SmartGoggles, but I find myself reaching for this much more often. I hope Therabody doesn't mind me using it "off-label" for my muscle aches, because this is honestly the best multi-use tool I’ve ever owned."
