Very good but also also silly thing that has a simple fix.

"The product works as described is a god send for my back however the fact that when you turn it on it turns all 3 functions on straight away is silly. It should be programmed so I can turn it on and then select if it want heat or massage or red light and any combo in between. I don’t use the red light so have torn it off every time. You would think with an app you could program this as a setting. Such a missed opportunity."
